After six years in a sort of active limbo, with good stuff of songwriters, composers, arrangers, musicians highly graduated, engineers and the super-producer Fouad Nohra, made a couple of hit in the music business putting the stars on the top.
After completing the ground floor, which contains offices, a conference room and lounge, a green garden surround the studio with a swimming pool designed by the French landscaper Vincent Denos.
The control room is located at the garden side. A larger, dedicated studio for Fouad Nohra will include a full set up, as well as his large office next door, where he will keep his grand piano. Nohra 's studio will contain a control room, vocal booth and a larger recording room for piano, drums and chamber orchestra.

Located in Beirut city capital of Lebanon, more than 18 years of experience,
They produced songs, background music, from film scoring to radio spot!
The studio, with red wine color’s curtains, will contain Mr. Pro Tools on G5, Yamaha consol, Genelec and Tannoy monitors, warm micro pre amplifier, converters, Emulator as Sampler, Alesis like workstations, Yamaha for electric piano and Roland synthesizers for the oriental library.
Nohra choose Fender, Admira and Contreras for electric and acoustic guitars. While small in physical size, Mr. Steinberg Cubase, seem to fit the producers' needs: “Before we used multiple samplers taking a lot of space now we use VSTs and we are so happy with the result!”
We were mixing a lot in Pro Tools,” says Nohra “but we didn't want to rely on just that. We use a few channels, some EQ and microphone pre-amplifier, controller for our Pro Tools systems and proper monitor section. The engineers seemed to take care of all those things.”
